Agata Adrych founded Adrych Ltd in 2019, after building her career from inside quality management — as a laboratory manager, a clinical governance lead, and a quality manager for national and international organisations — before becoming a Lead Auditor across several ISO standards and a qualified TISAX auditor.
That combination shapes how she works now: she designs and implements Quality Management Systems and TISAX compliance the way an auditor will actually assess them — because she is one. Her background spans regulated industries including healthcare, medical devices, software and automotive, with a consistent focus on translating compliance requirements into steps an organisation can actually carry out.
